Exchanges and returns
We value your trust and care about the quality of each instrument.
Therefore, we offer exchanges and returns in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”
🧾 1. Exchange or return period
You have the right to exchange or return goods within 14 calendar days
from the date of receipt of the order (not counting the day of purchase) if:
• the goods have not been used;
• the packaging, seals, and labels are intact;
• you have a receipt or electronic confirmation of purchase.
Basis: Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”
"The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of good quality for similar goods from the seller from whom they were purchased if the goods did not satisfy them in terms of form, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.
The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller.
Goods of good quality can be exchanged if they haven't been used and if their appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document given to the consumer with the goods are still intact.
2. Requirements for goods
In order for us to accept goods for exchange or return, they must be:
• complete (cutters — in protective caps or blister packs);
• without signs of use or damage;
• in their original factory packaging;
• accompanied by a document confirming the purchase.
3. Goods that cannot be returned
According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994,
goods of good quality that fall under the category of personal hygiene products are not subject to return or exchange, in particular:
Manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, cutters, nail files, etc.).
Therefore, unpacked or used cutters cannot be returned, even if they do not fit in terms of shape or size.
Cosmetics (oils, removers, bases, tops, gels, creams, etc.) belong to perfumery and cosmetic goods, which, in accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, are not subject to exchange or return if they are of good quality.
4. If you have received goods of inadequate quality
If the goods have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during delivery,
we will exchange them or refund your money free of charge.
What you need to do:
1. Take a photo/video of the defect.
2. Send it to us via Instagram Direct.
3. Wait for a response from our manager.
If the defect is confirmed, the store will cover the delivery costs.
5. Refunds
After receiving the goods, we will inspect them and issue a refund
to the same account or card used for payment
within 3–5 business days.
6. Delivery upon return
• If the return/exchange is due to a defect or error on the part of the store, we will pay for the delivery.
• If it is due to personal reasons (changed your mind, did not fit), the buyer pays for the delivery.
